It consists of a generously sized 40-litre planting box on legs, with a useful slatted shelf underneath for tools, compost or more pots. The split-level design makes it ideal for smaller gardens where space is at a premium, or even flagged patios where you haven't got any conventional flowerbeds. The latchmere is made in durable pine, which has been treated, dipped and stained for maximum longevity.
